Perfect for mini sourdough loaves, it’s ideal for busy bakers or anyone who wants to bake multiple loaves simultaneously!
- 【Healthy & Premium Enamel Coating】This cast iron bread dutch oven with lid features a safe and healthy enamel coating that is both durable and resistant to cracking and chipping. The smooth enamel glaze creates a natural non-stick surface, preventing stains and food residue. Simply wipe gently with a soft sponge to restore its shine.
- 【Uniform Heat Distribution】This dutch oven for sourdough bread baking is crafted from high-quality cast iron to lock in heat and ensure even heat distribution. It prevents steam from escaping, keeping the moisture and nutrients intact. Whether you're baking soft, fluffy bread or a crusty loaf, you'll achieve ideal results.
- 【Widely and Conveniently】This sourdough dutch oven combines excellent heat retention with a durable enamel coating, safely withstanding temperatures up to 500°F (260°C). Glad I read the reviews. I got the black one which is not enameled. So hard now a days to find a cast iron thats not enameled for bread baking. Because it has no enamel it can handle higher temps. Enamel at high temps will start to have hairlines fractures. Secondly the handles are not flat so no need to twist the pot like I had to with some other round ones where hands were flat on top of each other. Double allows for multiple baking without the expense of 2 separate pots. I prefer rectangular to round because it bakes more evenly and easier to cut. With a round load I always ended up with odd ends thats can’t be used for a sandwich. Smaller loaves are easier to give as gifts as a lot of people don’t eat large quantities of bread. It’s also easier to freeze. I am extremely happy with this purchase. We use this for sourdough bread baking.
